My First Newsletter

Hey guys! Welcome to my very first newsletter. Please forgive me if it sounds boring or anything—I’m still getting the hang of this.
Highlights:
📝 Lifenotes
⏳ Saving 20+ hours per week (getting an extra hour)
📝Lifenotes
What's been happening?
-New partnership: I’ve partnered up with someone new, so stay tuned for some cool Insta gigs coming your way. 🤝
- Launching a clothing brand: Yep, you heard that right. I’m starting my own clothing brand. It might look like I’m working too much, but I’m actually procrastinating a lot. I’ve managed to create around 3-4 designs that look pretty good and relatable. 👕
- Seeking passive income: I’m trying to find more sources of passive income because option trading seems to be a dead end now. With the new tax system, it’s an absolute mess. Imagine this: if one person earns 20 lakhs per year, they have to pay 30% tax, and someone earning 1 crore per year has to pay the same. Relatively, the person earning 20 lakhs ends up paying a lot more. The rich get richer, as always, but the poor are becoming poorer. 💸

Weekly Plans and Activities
What I’ve been up to:
- Content creation: I’ve been uploading content regularly and shot 5-6 reels in my free time. I’ve also been uploading daily 3 reels on TechyCardia(changed the name to lifenotes), my second Insta account. 📱
- Investments: I invested in Vaishali Pharma stock and think it’s going to explode. On the other hand, investing in F&O is just a waste of time. 💹
- Organizing with Notion: I thought of following a perfect timetable on Notion, but the reminder feature doesn’t give me enough motivation to open the app. 📅 I will be uploading more about productivity apps every now and then
- Collaborations: I shot a relatable reel which didn’t perform as well as I expected. I think it might be because my Algo is fucked up! 🎥
Challenges and Reflections
Facing hurdles:
- The reminder feature on Notion is pretty useless for motivation. 💤
- Taking too many shots for basic stuff—Waldron really needs to learn to act. 🎬
- Thought of a YouTube idea on how I manage to do so many things at once and still find time to procrastinate. Need to write down a script for it. 📝
Personal reflections:
- I’m a bit scared that I might be going into imposter syndrome. It feels like I’m the only one struggling to manage content creation and studies. 😟

- Sometimes, I feel really stupid in clinics, and it affects me. Then I try to study with my full potential for about 15 minutes before I get back to grinding content
Outcome and Analysis
Results and unexpected effects:
- The results were really upsetting and demotivating, but I won’t give up. I’ll still try my best to keep up. 💪
- On the positive side, I’m getting used to handling pressure and getting things done whenever I broadcast about it to others. 🎤
Perspective on goals:
- I’m determined to study hard this week. Long-term, I plan to emulate Ali Abdaal, even if I have just 0.001% of the subscribers he has. As I said in my first video, I’m in it for the long run. Just let me get that "Dr." in front of my name on the first attempt, of course. 😂😂 Medicine is not chill (more on this in the next issue). 🩺
- Looking at my friends is both motivating and demotivating. My ego of not studying for a week and then cramming at the last moment gives me a fake sense of completion. I get things done at the last minute, but with effort—the Snake strategy, you know? 🐍
Favorites
What I’m loving right now:
- Books:I plan on reading "Copywriting Secrets," but I don’t have time for it. Let’s see if I can listen to audiobooks. 📚
- Videos: Dhruv Rathee vs elivish tadav , House MD (finished 2 seasons when I got home—around 20 hours right there. It’s really my favorite show; I’ve watched it twice and still like to watch it while doing shallow work like journal completion). 📺
- Song: My favorite song of the week is "Naina" by Diljit Dosanjh. 🎶(will include my playlist in next issue)
Anime-not watch ,just obsessed with house md
Conclusion
Takeaways from this week:
- Start focusing on academics because if you’re in it for the long run, taking things slow won’t hurt. 🎓
- Don’t get affected by looking at others because you are learning and earning. 💡
Moving forward:
- I will maintain these habits and finish small tasks to reach my end goals. 🚀
End with a Positive Note:
Keep pushing forward, and remember, it’s all about progress, not perfection! 🌟
